Telling your family you are trans gender is a very difficult thing to do.  It is also something that you must do sooner or later.  While you are having a hard time expressing yourself your family will be having a hard time accepting and understanding your revelation.

First talk with a counselor.  Ask for advice and get suggestions about how to tell.  The way to do it is to have a plan.  Write what you want to say on paper perhaps in outline form.  Rehearse it until you are really comfortable.  Tell the one you are closest to.  Notify your family that you have something important to discuss and schedule a meeting.  

This is sure to be a blow to your family so don't get your expectations up.  Be respectful and patient.
