Family Grieving is a Website that can supply those going through the loss of a loved one, be they spouse, close friend or relative with ideas for healing and recovery. Death is only greeted when the affected are in pain or living an artificially prolonged life. Even then it is hard to accept. People of faith do seem to be able to accept and deal with death with greater ease than people of non-faith.

Death of a spouse often cripples you to the core and there are mountains of challenges to accept and climb. Allowing family to help will ease the pain and get both of you through this agonizing period. Children are also hurting. Letting them help you will allow them to cope. Everyone needs to feel needed and that they can make a difference.
Delay any life changing decisions until you have your feet back on the ground. Remember to regularly exercise, eat healthy foods and get out. Support groups have experiences and knowledge to benefit you. Take advantage of the experiences of others. Keep active, keep friends close and take things one day at a time.
These ideas are a few of the suggestions found on the Website that began in 2007 and for unknown reasons was inactive until September of this year. Let this writer lead you if you need help.
