This Webmaster is an on, off and on again writer.  The return just in time for Christmas cooking is very helpful.  Very few people turn up there nose at a cheese dish and specially if it has all the right ingredients.  I personally find any dish with cheddar cheese in it very tempting.

This particular recipe fulfills all the qualifications for a tasty one-dish meal.  Just add a salad and iced tea or hot coffee with iced water for those that don't choose something else.
