Another GREAT DAY of Life

We often need encouragement to crawl out of bed each morning. Sometimes I imagine the phone is ringing and I scamper to get it from a deep sleep. Do you know what your plans are for each day and are you equally thankful that you have another great day of life?
Start the day with a smile and a 10 to 30 minute walk. This will chase away depression. Talk to God about what troubles you but also listen to what he wants to tell you.
Make it a habit to eat more things that grow instead of manufactured foods. Drink plenty of water and green tea. Eat blueberries, wild Alaskan salmon, broccoli, almonds and walnuts to improve your health.
Think of ways to help others and you keep positive. Gossip and past issues or negative thoughts will hold you down and create stress.
Don’t compare your life to that of someone else, accept that life isn’t fair, but you like living anyway. Eat a good breakfast, lunch and lighten up for your evening meal.
Don’t take yourself too seriously. Realize you don’t need to win every argument. Make peace with the things you can’t change. Avoid hating and practice forgiving. Take charge of your own happiness.
Look ahead and concentrate on things that will matter. You are the one that looks back when you look in the mirror. Be true to yourself. Finish what you start and be thankful when the day ends. List your blessings and include asking God for healing. Friends and family are precious pray for them and give thanks.
