People depend on Newspapers to print the news.  Once newspapers were trusted and reliable.  Papers have lost a lot of their credibility in the last four to eight years.  Many are suffering financially for their failure to truthfully present a fair and balanced report.  Reporters that twist and distort a news story are rarely exposed and the controlling CEO looks the other way, when their actions are made known.  

Many people today never read a paper.  They watch TV for their news.  With so many channels it is unheard of to be unable to know what is going on in the world.  People may pick up a magazine while waiting in a doctor’s office.  They may even pick up a paper while in a restaurant.  Most restaurants have not just one TV, but quite a number of them.  

One of the more interesting websites I have seen allows you to see the headlines of a newspaper in any one of 80 countries and about 580 newspapers all over the world.
